Vincenzos Cucina Vera

Vincenzo’s Cucina Vera is a tribute to the culinary skills and delights of my family.

As long as I can remember, I have been involved in cooking and am familiar with a kitchen. I literally grew up around food and the smells and aromas of my mother’s cooking permeate my memories of childhood.

My parents were involved in a bakery and catering and I took an interest from an early age. Since then, I have accumulated ten years of full-time experience in restaurants that specialise in Italian cuisine. I take particular interest in the southern Italian style and method of cooking, as this is where my family originates. I wish to offer traditional, regional Italian cuisine with a fresh and modern style that reflects the ambience of Unley Road and complements its unique, savvy identity.
